I have asked all three candidates in the area to commit to planning consultation sessions to discuss this matter before it’s too late.

Here are the issues as I see them:

-creating a ghetto similar to the Jane and finch, the likes of that project have garnered many regrets
-devaluation of our properties
-sewers on lawnside and other streets in the neighbourhood have had 3 sewage floods in their basements, of late. Despite city interventions, the sewage in basements continues, the area sewers cannot handle more stress n the system
-the congestion in the area, caused partially by 905 commuters cutting through from black creek through Culford is already unbearable for the residents who live off of Culford south of Lawrence.
-a garage build in my area was not approved due to softness of the green belt embankment, yet the same green belt can sustain 5 towers?
-the height if these buildings is unprecedented in this neighbourhood we want buildings that fit in the current cityscape of our neighbourhood
- the density will great a ghetto
-it will increase our traffic immensely.
- The proposed site encroaches on the green belt which we should be protecting.
