I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that York1 can submit this proposal to beat around the bush and not complete a comprehensive environmental assessment. This is violating so many environmental laws and dooming an entire town all in one. In no way shape or form should this be allowed whatsoever. Please respect the land and species in this area and move the dump somewhere else. I can’t believe that this has to be said time and time again.
