I am gravely concerned regarding the removal of the environmental assessment for the proposed dump outside of Dresden, Ontario. I fear that this dump will cause irreversible damage to the local water reserves and the Sydenham River, threaten vulnerable species, and harm the health of local residents. It's a shame that Trump's tariffs are used as a shock doctrine to remove environmental assessments! The environmental assessment needs to be put in place now and this dump needs to be stopped!
