The proposed new Species…

The proposed new Species Conservation Act is GARBAGE. Only providing protection for the “dwelling places” or nests of birds or other wildlife? Habitat conservation achieved ONLY through voluntary measures or federal government intervention. C'mon, Ontario - you gotta do better than that! I grew up in a province where I could experience nature easily, in many different places and ways. That's been constantly shrinking - do NOT make it even worse for future generations.
Waking up to the silence of NO songbirds is not a legacy you want to leave for future generations.
Just say NO to covering Ontario with concrete.
