I would like to voice my concern for water permits being transferrable - they shouldn't be. I live in Guelph and the water that I rely on is from the ground, not a pipeline from one of the great lakes. When I hear that another water bottling company is going to potentially just pick up where Blue Triton left off, it's really upsetting.

Please do not allow the water permit to be transferrable.

We can all live without bottled water while the time is taken to properly consult in with stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, who are often left out of the consultations. That's just plain wrong.
