Hamilton has far too many sites like this, with this particular site being the sorest of all. As a Hamiltonian who hails from Vancouver, it is disappointing to see such a vast amount of land sit in decay for so many years. Such a waste, so much potential. It’s been like this for years upon years.

Please turn this into residential housing. This is as important as ever during our country’s current housing crisis. Tearing this down and turning it into multi-use buildings (business on the ground level and vertical condo housing up top) would service the immediate neighbourhood, not to mention the entire city.
