Omg, please authorize and/or issue an approval order to allow the City of Hamilton to proceed with redeveloping the currently derelict Jamesville property into housing. There's a major housing here like everywhere else across this province and it's desperately required. It's absolutely unbelievable, ridiculous and stupid that the railroad company has held this up. If they're so concerned for future residents, then just draft up a legal document they can sign off which absolves them of any future liability in regards to housing and residents of the new development. People need to take action and get things done. There's a million problems in the world today and red tape is just slowing down solutions making matters continually worse. Just do it!!
