Please issue the MZO. This development would mean so much to the city and its residents, especially those who are in need of affordable housing. It is in short supply in this city and people in need spend years waiting for a chance to live affordably and with dignity.

This area of Hamilton could be a tourist destination, with the GO station, park, piers, shops, and restaurants nearby, but this vacant, neglected site is a blight that ruins the area and its potential.

Please don’t let a private corporation hold up this necessary community.
