I would like the Minister to grant the MZO requested by the mayor. I have lived in Hamilton for about 35 years, we have people sleeping on the streets and struggling to make ends meet. We also have this land, in an excellent desirable location near a GO train station and the water, that is currently boarded up and a blight on the neighborhood. Would love to see us build on this right away. I pass the site a couple tunes a week and every time feel sadness and embarrassment to have it in such a state
