I support the Request for a Minister’s Zoning Order to build sustainable and essential housing in the Jamesville area.

I live in a condo on Grimsby on the Lake. On one side of our complex is the vastness of Lake Ontario, and the other side is the humm of the QEW. Other condo dwellers live beside ship yards, knowing full well that the sound of industry will mix with birds chirping and kids playing. These industries were in place long before the housing developments were established, but both live in harmony with one another, and both are vital to growing and sustainable communities.

Jamesville will be a beautiful home for many to live and raise their families , surrounded by popular parks and the bay. It is imperative that a zoning order be implemented to start construction of this crucial real estate as soon as possible.

Industry and housing live in harmony throughout the GTA. They will also live in harmony in Jamesville.
