It is painfully obvious that this plan has no intention of protecting the environment. In its essence, tourism will only kill off endangered species as well as isolate Canadian citizens from our own land. You are clearly prioritizing outsiders over your own people. Perhaps take a look at the conservation efforts of McMaster university, wherein Coots Paradise is untouched by developers and instead left to the wildlife and wildlife conservationists. That is how land should be protected, not sold. The more you sell off land for tourism, the closer this country becomes to losing its value as a home and instead it will be another incident of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, etc. These counties lost their land, their people, etc. to tourism. And following this path, Canada will too. You should consider hiring some environmental scientists, because one important point you overlooked is the more you damage the land, the dirtier the beach. Wildlife is what protects the environment, and by destroying it, you can be ready for surges of bacteria and unsafe swimming water at Wasaga.
