We need to protect our Provincial Parks. There is no guarantee that Wasaga township will correctly divert funds to protect this habitat. Please do not ruin yet another protected environment.
The tourism will prosper with what lands the township has now. Maybe focus on transit rather than more waterfront to commercialize.
