I don't think the province should be selling crown land and any portion of provincial parks. I don't trust that the beach and surrounding areas will not be privatized at a later time.
This doesn't make sense for the town and I think will have negative impacts for years to come.
It seems like a way for the province to offload expenses instead of just taking care of its land
