No please don’t be selling public land that is used by Public to enjoy the beaches & water to towns & cities to capitalize on it. There is very little left for people to enjoy without spending exorbitant money on. These are hard times for people with & without families. To now consider having even less areas to enjoy outside without spending a lot is unconscionable. Parking fees alone are already out of hand.
Wasaga beach is slowly losing its appeal due to over crowding, traffic & a hodge podge of housing developments. This cannot be commercialized in to a Top Tourist attraction with over priced hotels & stores no matter what the mayor wishes. Time to let people enjoy true nature. Yes tidy some things up but please retain ownership of public land for future generations.
