I am deeply concerned by the proposed amendment to Wasaga's provincial park. It is critical that we provide strong environmental protections to our lands and waters in Ontario, especially with our current climate crisis, so we should not be reducing the size of a provincial park and opening up land for development. I strongly oppose this proposed amendment and believe that it does not place adequate importance on environmental protection and preservation, which is a very important factor to me. I hope that the Wasaga provincial park is maintained as is, without reductions to its size.
