This is a terrible proposal, and is a corrupted plan with ulterior motives with a thin guise of an "enhancement plan".
No way this plan benefits the public, and only benefits the politicians and their buddies. I want to keep the space as a park and reserved for public recreation — not private development, not housing, not commercial development.
