Provincial Parks are meant to be protected and managed. Preserving the environmental and ecological integrity of these areas including endangered species who inhabit them.
These areas and the species at risk who inhabit them deserve protection from commercial development and privatization thru residential building.
As an Ontarian I deserve and yes demand the right to continued access, use and enjoyment of these protected natural spaces without commercial encroachment and privatization thru residential development of park land in their entirety. Thanks to the government overreach in Bill C-5 even endangered species are no longer protected as is the case in this proposed amendment.
Provincial Parks should not have a "For Sale" sign placed on them by the Provincial Government. Hands off our green spaces and protect our endangered species. The Government of Ontario should be representing Protection of not Destruction or dismantling of Provincial Parks, which are wild, beautiful, natural gifts to its citizens.
