I strongly oppose the sale of provincial park lands to the Town of Wasaga Beach. These lands are ecologically significant and play a critical role in supporting biodiversity, including habitat for important and at-risk species, such as the piping plover. Transferring this land for potential development would be short-sighted and detrimental to the health of the local environment. Provincial parklands must remain protected for the benefit of current and future generations. Once we lose these natural spaces, we cannot get them back
