I visit wasaga beach regularly throughout the summer and do not believe it is in the best interests of the tourists or the environment to sell off sections of the beach for tourism development. Wasaga beach is a beautiful and natural location that should not be disrupted by capitalistic greed (i.e., tacky tourists traps that already exist further up the beach). Please do not move forward with this legislation. We want a natural and peaceful wasaga beach. Accessing nature like this should be free. If you have to sell it, sell it back to the local Indigenous people.
