Ensure small businesses have benefits to the economic development opportunities.
Beach area one should belong to the town.
Beach area two - up for debate.
So many shady characters have exploited the town with false promises and insurance scams.
Don’t let sell all rights away major cooperations. Include opportunities for small business.
The township of Clearview has done a great job of this.
I appreciate that the province is co-investing in the future of wasaga beach.
Don’t let crooks run away with money, like the last 40 years.
