Our family’s first visit to Wasaga Beach was to see the piping plover habitat in 2012 - since then we have been back dozens of times to enjoy the beautiful beach adjacent to it. This stretch of the beach has been preserved beautifully so far - in fact, we probably would not visit the area without it. It would be sad to see it sacrificed to developers, or even maintained as poorly as the rest of the beach areas in town.
