Good Afternoon Ontario,
As stewards of our planet, it is our responsibility to actively ensure to the best of our ability that we cause the least harm possible. Nowhere is this more true than for birds, given the incredible decline of bird populations around the world since 1970.
Nature needs us to take action to slow and hopefully begin to reverse this decline. It is an easy action in this case, as the protections for Wasaga Beach are already in place and part of the local culture.
One of the reasons my family and I love to explore all the parts of Canada is the wonderful ecological treasures that have survived the human footprint.
Please continue this stewardship of Wasaga Beach.
