The selling of any part of the Provincial Park at Wasaga Beach is a HUGE mistake. This beach is a natural gem and must be preserved and enjoyed in it's natural state, not sold off for development and profit. It sickens me to know this is being proposed. Particularly the beach areas 1 and 2. There is no other environment like this natural sand spit that I am aware of. It is home to the endangered Piping Plover. It is a unique and constantly growing ecological phenomenon. Shame on the Province of Ontario and the Town of Wasaga Beach for proposing such an irresponsible development of this beautiful natrual area.
