To Whom It May Concern,

I believe it would be beneficial to see the following items made a priority:

Grade separated bike lanes, connected network of bike lanes, cycling signals and signage, lowering speed limits on multi-use roadways, protected intersections with clear, distinctive markings, use of coloured paint markings, implementation of bike share programs, separated cycling facilities encourage cycling, installation of protected intersections that help provide connectivity beyond bike lanes, bike share programs, collection of and open-source access to data (e.g., counters with appropriate pedestrian/bicycle traffic studies), bike racks, bike shelters, bike lockers and bike enclosures, and bike repair stations.
