I don’t believe this new legislation effectively protects Ontario’s wildlife. Wildlife conservation should be a top priority. Beyond the urgent issues of conservation in a climate crisis, having a healthy and diverse ecosystem is part of the provincial identity and a major factor in attracting tourist dollars.
