If more trips were taken on bicycles there would be more space for car drivers. Buying land and widening for cycle laws when it can be done through reducing vehicle lanes is a waste of my tax money. More asphalt for any reason is wrong. We cannot look after the roads we have, now you want to make local governments add more asphalt and road width to accommodate bikes. Not everyone can bike, but the ones who can need and deserve space. Cars and bikes travel at different speeds. Separate them. We have over built the car network for decades. Stop the waste of money. Remove the cycling from bill 60.
