The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority is so far from the Huron region—I can't imagine that it will be well represented and resourced. This seems like a very Southern Ontario centric zoning plan. Why not let Northwestern Ontario continue to manage and direct their work? I suggest having 8 zones instead of 7.
