I can't be sure what impact this proposal has on membership and access to conservation areas. I would be concerned if the cost for access to my local conservation areas increase. If possible, it is my view that there should be some kind of cross-over with Provincial Parks, wherein, if I purchase an annual pass to Ontario Provincial Parks and purchase an annual pass to any single Conservation authority, then this should automatically provide me with access to every Conservation area in the province. I can only use one at a time, after all.
