Not that this government seems to care a wit about our environment, or anything adjacent to it like conservation regulations and authorities, but it is yet just one more way in which Doug Ford is authoritatively forcing through projects to serve his donor class of developers, builders.
Just another means in which PC Govt further endangers Ontarians - from speed cameras in school safety zones, to annihilation environment regulations, incl protecting species at risk, wetlands, arable farming lands.
As he consolidates power and micromanages Ontario, these efforts will catch up with him in 2029-30.
Shameful governance, shameful leadership of a man who too often resembles Donald Trump in his approach. I guess he hasn’t learned a thing as to how it feels to be ruled by a bully boar
