Our Conservation Authorities were set up after the devastating deadly floods caused by Hurricane Hazel.
Valley lands and other flood plains were designated for parkland - no longer for housing - because so many people died.

Now I hear that you want to reduce staff and amalgamate Conservation Authorities.
Because of your foolish decision, people will die.
Is this your intention for the people of Ontario? - Death by ignorant government decisions?
