This is a disappointing bill that is bad for Toronto and bad for the province. Cities need to be able to build infrastructure that moves people around in ways other than driving in order to keep people moving and ensure that not everyone needs a car to get around. By not allowing bike lanes and complete streets to be built in cases where a lane would be removed, you're taking away our ability to move around freely and safely. We need to focus on transit, biking and walking. Not just driving.
