As a tenant who lives at downtown, Toronto, I absolutely support this Bill. I believe this legislation will make the environment a better place by reducing those who won’t paying their rent but still want to stay in the residences they are not belongs to. It will eventually lower the chance of people being homeless by discourage the unethical behaviour and laziness.
