I am not in support of this proposal.

The amalgamated CA's are way too large, we need more than 7 regions. The CA's will lose their local knowledge and control. This will significantly slow down the process and development.

I don't understand how this will streamline development at all, having a massive CA that developers will have to send a general email to and eventually filter down to someone is bureaucracy and ridiculous. You see it in other provincial programs where you email a generic email and it takes days to get a response by someone who doesn't know what they're talking about, so you have to keep inquiring. This is inefficient.

We also need more information on how they would be run before moving forward with this proposal, you can't figure it out as you go along.
