I don't understand why Doug Ford feels he needs to continually propose changes to the Region of Peel without first having some understanding regarding the impacts that could potentially arise i.e. tax increases, water/wastewater billing increases etc. The amount of money that will be required to first determine if this is feasible and then create this new Corporation etc. I'm sure can be better spent on current issues in our Province - housing, health care, education. Unbelievable!
