I do not feel that local control of our watersheds will be able to be maintained with this consolidation. I rely on my local CA for information on flooding and other issues. I remember the CA going above and beyond during our Foxboro floods a few years ago. Without local contacts I do not see how proper permitting can be done when employees will be required to travel hours for site visits. If anything this will slow permit times down.
