Revising the boundaries to make fewer and larger conservation authorities is a VERY BAD idea. Local watersheds should be managed by local authorities who have studied their local areas and know their local needs. Conservation areas like the Essex Region are incredibly valuable and rare. They need local authorities who know their region and can respond quickly. Please leave the conservation areas alone.
We need green area/environmental management to be scandal-free.
