I am a regular bike commuter as is my husband and 2 children. I am devastated by the government's approach to bike lanes. This bill is a huge disappointment.
It makes my family less safe. It puts my children's lives at risk as they bike to and from school.
Bike lanes have been hard fought to improve the lives of all citizens through their total cost savings, improving health and wellness, increasing local business activity, AND reducing traffic for vehicles.
