This is again a bill blobling many changes together to create confusion and reduce the ability to focus the conversation. It goes against best practices without citing any studies, and is vague in many respects. For example, when prohibiting the removal of car lanes for "Any other prescribed purpose."
At best, being this vague is a sign of incompetence. At worst, this is just malice.
I hereby oppose this bill.
