This proposal is harmful.
In a time when fighting climate change should be a top priority for all government bodies: we should be discouraging individual car use in a city and encouraging bike and public transit usage.
This bill is an enormous step backwards.
It will also make life more dangerous for those who still choose to bike, despite the government's antagonistic decisions. People will be hurt and will die because of this.
