- Clarification should be considered regarding the term ‘field tile inlet’. As field tiles are comprised of perforated pipes, the entire length of a field tile could be considered an inlet. Or is the intent referring to a ground surface level inlet (Catch Basin, Hickam Bottom, etc)?
- A well required to serve the on-farm worker housing would be required to be located 372.4’ away from the centre of the septic system
- Is it appropriate to push 372.4’ away from all property lines, as this has the potential of pushing the on-farm worker housing into cultivatable land?
- If a on-farm worker housing building is re-purposed to another use, what does that mean for the septic system?
- As this proposal only impacts 300 properties within the entire Province of Ontario, would it be more appropriate to increase the daily design limitation in Part 8 to 20,000L/day for all properties, as this will permit more rural properties to have multiple Accessory Residential Units (where permitted) as well include some of the smaller on-farm worker housing projects.
