With all due respect, reducing 36 CAs to 7 is too big of a reduction and many areas on the extremities, outlined new line-up have little connection to each other eco system wise.
I do not see the savings here, as administration to larger organizations can become bulky. It seems a whole new layer of corporation is being added. This is a mistake.
