I fear that having 7 larger…

I fear that having 7 larger districts will fail to meet environmental standards and issues. The environment should be high priority. I am not convinced that the proposed change will be an improvement. I have high regard for the work of the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority which relies heavily on volunteer support in our area. Will connection with volunteers, and the standards achieve continue in a larger area? I am wary that it won't. With amalgamations that happened years ago I certainly felt there was loss especially in community relationships and needs. I am not a believer that bigger is better.
