Speeding up building housing is useless if you live next to a natural hazard and have your housing ruined because you're within a flood plain / wetland, etc. we need our conservation authorities to understand local hazards and needs in order to find the right fit for housing locations. Keep our local conservation authorities! Conservation and local environments are not a one-size-fits-all type of management, local environments differ greatly and we need to account for that when we choose to build, for the safety of everyone.
