If I know anything the government doesn’t change things to benefit the people the change is being made to benefit 7 of Doug fords buddies. So they can sweep under the rug important issues in their areas. Kettle creek among other C.A’s operate much like Canada and divides large land mass to small opperable areas. How will niagra conservation authorities know what west of kettle creek will need best this is un practical and unnecessary
