I am not in favour of this at all. The proposal is just a bunch of gobbledygook word salad, dressed up to look important! Supposedly this proposal is to have Conservation Authorities to "better align with the province's priorities". NO! They should stay as is and concentrate on aligning with Conservation priorities. The current government is doing their utmost to have control over any land they can get their grubby hands on so that they can try to have absolute control over what and where gets developed by someone's developer friends. This is the only time this government is "transparent" - we can see right through this flimsy proposal for what a sham it really is.
