This is a horrible proposal…

This is a horrible proposal. Whoever thought this idea should be ashamed of themselves and resign. Every single conservation authority is a unique watershed, and it is critical that they remain the approval authority. Consolidating these CAs will only result in longe wait times for approvals as they serve a larger region. This is what happened under the Harris PC government which has not yielded any positives. Keep your hands off of the conservation authorities.
