Our watershed is vital to maintaining safe watershed regions, biodiversity, good farmland, and human sarety. This amalgamation is long overdue, and should be given the ability to block dangerous, expedited, and poorly planned development in the whole region and given the authority to make construction companies pay for damages for any changes that go against the conservation of the region, and force said companies or governing bodies to front that cost.
