Conservation authorities…

Conservation authorities have to deal with enough obstacles as it is, amalgamating them into larger factions will only create more public confusion and distrust.

Unless the idea is to amalgamate but keep all CA's staffed as they are and to enhance their resources to better serve their communities and better conserve what little green space the Conservative government has left untouched then this move is just selfish, detrimental to our province and it's future, and will leave a lasting negative effect on our environment that future generations will have to exhaust endless amounts of energy and time trying to recuperate from.

Although I believe most, if not all, of these comments will go unread or unconsidered, I hope that everyone that understands the importance of CA's take the time to do submit anyways. Someone has to have the CA's backs, because the government doesn't, and hasn't for many years.
