I agree 100% with the combing of the authorities. There will be opposition by those who benefit from their attendance at these redundant meetings. I have attended and they are nothing more than hot air and we are paying for this.
We need government to be more efficient and the sooner you can also combine the 444 municipalities in to regional government the more cost effective and less paper shuffling you will have.
We , the tax payers are tired of funding free lunches for local officials in the "old boys club" half of who are in by acclimation as no one cares anymore.
