I agree with this proposal whole heartedly. I have seen first hand incredible inefficiencies and bureaucracy at the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority compared to dealing with other areas and recreational user groups. There is bloating in administration and no consistencey. The money saved can be use to more affectively run areas and provide real boots on the ground work not desk jobs.
